How to go about the Registration
1 Go to academic affairs building with your:
- O level results (either WAEC or NECO, based on what you used during JAMB)
- JAMB admission letter (Colored print out)
- EKSU admission letter
- Local Government Attestation letter (This is not necessarily be a letter is still the same thing as local government of origin)
- Guarantor letter (either from parents, guardian, imam, sheik etc)
- Birth certificate
- JAMB result slip
- POST UTME result slip
- Evidence of payment of acceptance fee
when you have all your documents approved, you will be given the authority to proceed.
2. After you have received the authority to proceed you can start to pay your dues
- GST fee (General Studies ) 4000
- G&C fee (Guardian and Counselling) 200
- ESC (Entrepreneurship) 3000
- Hand Book 1000
- SUG 600
- Faculty due (This differs e.g Science is 8000)
and rest
3 - Registration at the health center is done faculty by faculty. Make sure you have pay for your health center fee (500) at Heritage bank and have the form already, you will get the form at the main health center building. To get the form, just show the person in charge your teller and have your form.fill the form and go to the health center as early as possible to wait for the medical personnel in charge for health registration.
Health centre registration is in two phases the urine test and X-Ray
Firstly go for urine test. for the urine test, you just have to bring along your form and be on a queue after that you will be given a tube to urinate and submit the tube back, wait till the next day for your result.
after urine test then go for X-ray do the same as well and get your result the next day.
